SOA Record ?

The websites hosted at Knownhost when checked for DNS health at pingdom, with following result

No SOA record found for www._______.org.

No SOA record was found when querying the name server. This is most probably due to a misconfiguration at the name server - a zone must have a SOA record.

Can anyone help me with a settings to be provided in WHM DNS for a Domain as SOA record.

Generally, the DNS zone file is for "domain.tld" and not for "www.domain.tld."
The SOA record is for the entire zone file for "domain.tld" which includes all its sub-domains, including the www subdomain.
To better use the DNS checking tool, use the domain and not the www sub-domain.
Using your example, this would be "_______.org" instead of "www._______.org"
