i have a reseller and i am thinking about moving to KH but my current hoster is locking the backup feature in the whm/cpanel

is that will make a problem ?

Thanks for your interest in KnownHost. Regarding your question about migration to our service. We would need to have access to the full account backup functionality in order to migrate accounts over. Another possibility is to ask source host to create cpmove files for all accounts that needs to be migrated and place them somewhere where we can download them from. Hope this helps.
