Good morning!
I need support. I can't access my VPS functions.
I also can't access the support area because the username is an email from that domain.
All my services are down. I need urgent help.

If you're unable to login to your account, please contact billing via email for assistance in gaining access.

You can use an alternative email, you will be asked to verify who you are if any account related information needs to be changed.

There forums aren't frequented as much anymore (As observed by this six day later reply) so in any situation such as this, always best to reach out to billing/sales for account related issues.
