Caleb is correct. Each VPS will get a larger share of the server as the number of VPS's will be lower. Advantages to this offering is you can upgrade from a VPS with no downtime and you can still use the VZPP for monitoring of your VPS, remote reboots,etc. With a dedicated server this isn't the case unless Virtuozzo is loaded on it as a Virtualization layer on top of the Host OS itself.

Also another advantage I though of for having a hybrid VPS is that you can have dedicated-like resources but still pay little for a VPS control panel license ;)
