Whatever combination of things you want/need is up to you. Yes, your hosting account is designed with multiple things in mind which is why you can install Moodle, then install WordPress. If you’d like, you can also install a wiki, forum, or any of the other 400+ apps available through Softaculous installation wizard. If you run into any confusion about where to install the apps (subfolders off the main site, or directly on the main site), just open a support ticket and ask the question.
