Our shared cloud hosting and reseller cloud hosting packages provide great service for those looking to get their sites up and running while maintaining great flexibility without having to worry about making decisions or configuring a full server.

We tailor the servers to meet the needs of modern applications such as WordPress, XenForo, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, MediaWiki, DokuWiki, and beyond. All of our shared and reseller servers run LiteSpeed Webserver with LSCache (supports WordPress, Xenforo, Drupal, MediaWiki, Joomla, PrestaShop). We even pre-install common developer utilites such as git, composer, and WP-CLI.

Our services come with Imunify360 and ConfigServer Security Firewall to protect against malware, attempted intrusions and common attacks such as WordPress brute force attacks

We provide full volumetric DDoS protection, too. Rest assured, security is important to us.

Our shared and reseller servers are built on top of our OpenStack cloud hosting platform to provide the utmost in availability and speed.

All accounts have access to Softaculous Premium. Softaculous is an easy installer for over 400 scripts and 1000 PHP classes. Things like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, WHMCS, and many more can all be installed in a matter of seconds.

Backups

We create backups of your account(s) each day, and retain two daily copies and one weekly copy as part of our complementary Standard backups.

Upgraded backups are available with our Professional or Premium backup options available to all shared and reseller packages detailed below. These packages offer greater retention and/or backup frequency than Standard backups.

Restorations can be performed in cPanel under the JetBackup icons. Our staff can also help you perform a restoration if needed, or walk you through the process if you would prefer to do it yourself.

Reseller Packages

Given that resellers can manage their own packages many of the limits of the shared packages do not apply as they can be directly controlled by the reseller.

* The inode limit is per cPanel account. There is no global limit for the reseller.

Dedicated IPv6

Every cPanel account on our shared servers be it a resold account or a direct shared plan get a static, dedicated IPv6 address.

Free SSL powered by Let’s Encrypt

We issue a free domain-validated certificate to your website once it resolves to our servers. This certificate will be automatically installed within 24 hours of your website’s DNS being updated to point to our servers, though often it’s issued significantly sooner.

Notable Software Details

Zend Opcache opcode caching is present on all PHP versions.

SSL/TLS is required for FTP and Email connections (SMTP, POP3, & IMAP) and TLS 1.3 is supported.

Mailing Limits

LiteSpeed’s LSCache

LiteSpeed Cache (LSCache) is a caching plugin that interfaces with the LiteSpeed webserver, and unlike some other caching plugins, LSCache can dramatically improve the speed of compatible CMSs such as WordPress. LSCache is installed by default on WordPress sites on our Shared & Reseller hosting packages.

If your site is using another CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, XenForo, or any other CMS that supports LSCache, make sure to install the site-side plugin/module to take full advantage of it’s caching features!

Patchman

Patchman is software designed to patch vulnerabilities in common CMSs in a non-breaking way without updating the core CMS. Patchman runs on all of our shared/reseller hosting servers to scan and identify vulnerabilities. Adding the Patchman option to your account will enable automatic patching and detailed vulnerability information and statistics.

Patchman options are available via my knownhost panel. In the Services table click on “Manage” for the service you’d like to work with. On the left hand side of the page you’ll see a table titled “Patchman” where you can change settings, view basic statistics, and if you subscribe to Patchman, login to the dedicated Patchman interface that provides more functionality and advanced details.

If you wish to unsubscribe from Patchman emails completely, login to my knownhost panel, click “manage” on the service you wish to disable notices for, click “Patchman” on the left hand side of the page, uncheck the box for email notices and click “update”.
