Strange occurrences

Not sure if you are aware but if you go to https://support.knownhost.com/ your browser will give a security risk message.

Also when you try to login it does not recognize username / password so I cannot send a ticket.

I see the same issue. That site has an expired certificate. My browser says: "Websites prove their identity via certificates, which are valid for a set time period. The certificate for support.knownhost.com expired on 1/18/2025."

Thanks for letting us know about that, support.knownhost.com is a legacy URL we no longer use since everything is provided via https://my.knownhost.com, but we'll get it updated for any redirects.
