I've had bad experiences with other hosts and am looking at knownhost. If I sign up, once I have an annual contract and say I want to leave after 6 months, is there any prorated refund for the remainder?

All of our hosting terms are contracted hosting term lengths. We do offer a full 30 day money back guarantee for new customers regardless of the term you signup for, and we also do offer month to month terms but if you had an annual contract you would not be due any refund after 6 months. If you needed to upgrade to a different package, we can issue a pro-rated credit for any unused time towards that new package or service.
