How to log support Ticket

I'm a new KnownHost user. I need to ask a support question. I've tried every account/password combination that I know to log a new ticket, but it just keeps telling me that I have an invalid user or password. I've tried my cPanel login, which I didn't expect to work. Where do I get the correct account/password info to log a support ticket?

The login info should be in the welcome email you received when you signed up.

The username and password for the support system at:
https://support.knownhost.com/
should be the same as that for the billing system at:
https://billing.knownhost.com/
The username should be the email address you used during signup.
