What is a Hybrid Server
KnownHost's Hybrid Servers are designed using Custom Built Enterprise class hardware featuring Dual CPU Dual Core Opterons with RAID 10 configurations and the Virtualization technology Virtuozzo. Each Hybrid Server has a guaranteed amount of RAM, Bandwidth and Disk Space and is fully isolated from other users on the machine. A Hybrid server essentially is a high-end VPS on a machine with other hybrid servers but the CPU share you get is much higher as we only put a mix of 4-8 plans per machine. All servers are capped at around 80% to allow for maximum performance and growth.

Virtuozzo Power Panels is a powerful web-based recovery and administration tool, intended for use by VE owners. With VZPP, a user with administrative access to a VE can easily perform many critical management tasks:
- VE Start/Stop/Reboot - Start, stop, fast stop and restart the VE
- VE Services Management - Manage VE services and processes such as stopping an offending task or restarting a service
- VE Resource Monitoring - Monitor VE resource utilization for CPU, system, disk space and disk inodes
- VE Backup/Restore - Back up and restore the VE from the backup including all system and user files
- VE Repair - Start the VE in repair mode when a VE is broken and does not boot
